You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to meet your purposes.

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Ready Photo Site.com.

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Ready Photo Site.com.

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Ready Photo Site.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

In order to preserve the uniqueness of our websites, we do not offer credits, exchanges, or refunds. For additional info check our Refund and Return Policy.

Ready Photo Site product license is issued for one domain name only. Please be careful when submitting license information during the checkout process. Do not move the website from one domain name to another as it won't be working properly.

You can order hosting from Ready Photo Site for $100 a year and register a domain name for $12 a year. Check System and Hosting for detailed information. We bill annually and the hosting/domain name invoice should be paid during 3 days upon invoice receipt. In case you fail to make the payment during this period your hosting account will be suspended and your website will no longer be available online.

You represent and warrant the information that you provide during registration will be true, accurate, current and complete, and you have all necessary right, power, and authority to enter into License Agreement. This is especially important with respect to your email address, since that is the primary way in which we will communicate with you about and your orders and any product questions.

All fees for Ready Photo Site products will be paid through our merchant service provider to Ready Photo Site in US dollars. We reserve the right to accept or reject your payment.

We reserve the right to deliver the product during 24 hours after the order has been successfully processed by merchant service provider. Product should be downloaded from our server using the product download link in product delivery email.

Ready Photo Site reserves the right to suspend your account in 5 days after the invoice generation if the payment hasn't been placed. Your account will be activated automatically once the invoice has been paid.

Ready Photo Site may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. If you do not accept and abide by this Agreement, you may not use the Website. You also must be 18 years of age or older to use the service.
